Japanese Style Oysters

Ingredients
1 dozen natural pacific oysters
2 tablespoons Mirin
4 tablespoons Sake
2 tablespoons Sweet Chilli
2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped coriander
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
Method
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate to cool and pour over oysters before serving.
For 2 dozen oysters, double all ingredients.
